Hannah Elsner saw her wardrobe as a question of art and an antidote to conventional wisdom.

Many clothing items tell stories. In Jil Sander’s copper-colored silk dress, she danced on the table at the 2018 Bayerische Filmball. In a creme-hued Nina Ricci silk hanger gown, she attended the 2015 German Film Award ceremony for “Lola” in Germany.
Moreover, she played the lead role in Oskar Roehler’s film “The Untouchables” in a white Commes des Garçons Etui gown styled in the 1960s.
